Try a Tisas 1911. After 2022 they switched to all forged frames and slide , and milled components. No cast or MIM parts. You can't beat that !

I have been shooting a 1911 with cast and MIM parts for 6 years (approx 10,000 rds). Never have broken or damaged any of those parts in any way. If any of them break or need replacing,
I will fix the problem. No big deal.
