Look at the "For Sale" sections on Gun Forums. The AR-15.com website has a good Equipment Exchange. I bought two nice Sar-1s there.

I think the problem your going to have is not finding one but rather finding one worth the price they ask for it. That said I agree with the for sale section or Gunbroker where you can narrow it down to Sar1 in the search and quickly keep tabs on if one comes up.
