Rough out bow ?

    A few months ago, to a year ago, I vaguely remember a web site that sold unfinished bows.

    Seems like the owner was a Veteran, he made self bow/long bow up to 62" very affordable.

    You could shoot it as is, or complete the staining and sealing..

    Seems like the web site was 50dollarbow.com or something like that..

    my Google-Fu is very lacking these days.:fire: Anyone have a vague idea what or who it was? .

    Thought this would be a good learning project for my grandson.

    I completed a U-finish longbow from gibow.com. It came out pretty good, IMHO.

    Crows Head Outfitters also seems to have a good reputation for U-finish bows.
