Looking to see if I can find a rb for my 15ga underhammer. My my bore is .677~ looking at lee molds they go from a 20 to a 12ga ball, are there any other molds that would work. Has anyone ever made a round ball mold bigger like a bullet mold.

The cheapest and easiest route is Tanner moulds. They are across the pond but the Pound/dollar thing is no problem. The molds don’t have a sprue cutter, but the design almost guarantees a void free ball.
More conventional Lyman/Lee style molds are made in the US by Moose moulds and Tennessee Molds. These are a lot more expensive and neither, the last time I looked, do online ordering.
All three will make any diameter you want.
I only have experience with Tanner, but both Moose moulds and Tennessee molds seem to have a loyal fan base.

I thought the owner of Tanner molds died of something, maybe it was some else. I'll take a looks. With smooth bores is the fit about the same 15 to 20 thou smaller for a patch.
