Sent them an E-mail last night about my wife's Single Six (one chamber in the .22 LR cylinder wont accept a round; the .22 Mag cylinder is fine)
Got two Emails back the next day.AWESOME. Need to call and arrange shipment of "complete gun" to them.
    Questions:
Do we also send the .22 Mag cylinder which has no apparent problems, and do we send it with the rubber grips, or remove the grips ?
I've heard that "some" companies don't return "non-factory components, and she loves these grips. Also don't want want the extra cylinder to get misplaced.

I'd take the grips off and include the extra cylinder. I sent in a convertible blackhawk last year and they did extra work on the spare cylinder I didn't know it needed. Ruger CS is top notch.

Thanks, that's kind of what I thought.
