The loaded chamber indicator isn't a problem. Once you line up the sights, you forget about it. It's not a easy tigger to master, but it can be done. I've gotten very good groups at 25 yards.

If you make the loaded chamber indicator a big deal. Along with the saftey then it will be a big deal. I didn't think about it and just shot it. It works fine.

I agree about the loaded chamber indicator. Of course its obvious when you're looking over the LC9, but then I went to shooting, after I was done shooting, I realized I hadn't even noticed it when sighting down the sites.

As for the safeties, I've used guns all my life so its moot to me because I generally learn the firearm. If a pistol has it, fine, if it doesn't fine. I saw someone in a thread somewhere mention that it could inadvertently get turned on (people were simply suggesting to leave it off), IMO it would have to be a big in advert to trip this safety either way. It's easy to thumb up or down, yet you do have to do it deliberately.

I don't care what anyone shoots, I like the gun and so far everyone that has handled it wants one.

Much appreciated to the person who posted the link about Midway having mags for the pistol, just wished I'd a seen it before ordering two from Ruger and over paying. Oh well, bought two more to fray the costs.
