a friend of mine contacted me with info a friend of his had passed away. The widow is disposing of his firearms. What, in the opinion of the esteemed board, would be a fair price for these 2 firearms, to a WIDOW. Not trying to beat her out of anything, want to give her a fair deal on 2 handguns I would like to possess. I just posted as she had written the description, but i bet she meant cz 75 compact

There are at least 10 common variants of the Ruger MKII, with a lot of price difference between lowest and highest. If the CZ75 really is a pre B, D (decocker) model it would be pretty rare and desirable to a collector. Basically, we need more info- pictures would be best.

I would go middle of the road without more information and say $350 and $475 respectively. Both could easily be worth more or less depending on models.

There are not only different model variations of the two guns, there is also overall condition and whether there's anything else (box, manual, paperwork, etc.), that might go with them. I would say somewhere between $300 to $400 for the Ruger Mk.II and between $450 and $525 for the CZ 75 D would be a decent price range to work from.

Depends on the Ruger MKII and condition. About $250-$300 for a Standard 4" taper barrel. Then up to $600 plus for a Stainless 10" model

The CZ75D, especially if it says Police on the side, is upwards of $500

Mk2 was sold before i could even offer. CZ i am now being told has laser grips and night sights and they are 200$ more than originally stated. Thks for all the help, but a little too rich for me at this time.
