RWS 34 spring air rifle w/scope?

So, I've managed to get my hands on a RWS 34 as a birthday present. It comes with a two-piece (I believe) scope mount and a 4x scope.

My question is...are the scope and mount that comes with this decent? Or should I be looking for a better scope/mount right off the bat?

Offhand, I would say that if the scope and mount are RWS brand items - marked as such - they are of decent quality. Even if they are made in the PRC or of other eastern origin.

Scopes are pretty good actually. My Brother has a RWS Diana and I am quite impressed with the optics that came on it.
