S&w 29

Hi I need someones help. We do not have open carry here in Kansas. We do have wild boar here. They are really the only thing that scares me in the lower 48 states. I one time saw a company that specializes in ccw for guns like mine. Chances are noting would happen but I really would like to carry it inside of a 9mm. Any suggestions? I tried a shoulder holster but I am not long enough in the torso.

For a concealed carry holster for a S&W Model 29, try Simply Rugged. With rather inexpensive options, you can use the same holster inside the waistband (IWB), outside the waistband (OWB), and chest carry.

Wild swine, IMO, are not a predatory animal like bears or mountain lions and typically avoid humans. If they hear or smell you coming, they will make tracks long before you see them. (Of course, if you are actively hunting them they can be quite dangerous when cornered.) I worry much more about two-legged predatory animals.

What is the barrel length? A four-inch barrel is not difficult to conceal if you work at a little, but you will really need to work at it for a six-inch or greater.
