Yes, though they may not fit perfectly around the perimeter of the grip frame.
There was more hand-finishing on frames and grips WWII and earlier and thus a little more variance among grips and guns. Also, WWII "Victory" grips did not get the same level of applied finish as commercial grips (war-time short cuts, just like the machining and the finish). Thus, over time they tend to dry out and shrink a little vs. regular commercial production grips. If they have been stored carefully or occasionally treated, this isn't a problem with them.
So - they will fit, but they may or may not match the grip frame perfectly for several reasons.
