I seem to recall someone here purchasing one of these recently. I have a few questions about this model 10.

I have obtained one as well. How does yours shoot? What grain 357 are you using in it?

Do you have pics? Is yours the standard blue, or a dull finish? Thanks! TJ

Don't know if it's the same thread, but I recall a recent one too.

Yep - a genuine M10 in .357. And not new. Rare, yes, but not unheard of. Never saw one myself.

Gonna see if I can dig that thread up.

These model 10-6 with 4" heavy barrel were done up in 1972 for the New York State Police.

This is before the model 13 was introduced. Some 10-6 357's can be found overstamped "13-1" as well.

Even more rare are the model 64's chambered for 357 which were the "test beds" for the model 65. TJ

How much did that cost you?

I love model 10s and would love to get my hands on a .357 one.

Ruodo it cost me $475 OTD. Had the original box and docs with it.

Some light holster wear, and an old school guy colored the front sight with red nail polish. Not sloppy but very well done. This is one of those that just "called to me". :)

Yes Hawk, thats the model 10-6 revolver I have. Thanks for making the inquiry with your friend, much appreciated! :)

Did a bunch of these get released in the NC/SC area? There was a thread on the S&W forum recently as well as on this board concerning 10-6 357's, interesting.
