The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is a law enforcement agency within the U.S. Department of Justice. Effective January 24, 2003, as part of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, ATF law enforcement and the regulatory responsibility relating to firearms and explosives transferred from the Treasury Department to the Department of Justice. The Bureau's important responsibilities and strategic plan are designed to reduce the incidence of violent crime and protect the public. Read entire text

My hat goes off to everyone at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Now that they've had several months to get settled into their new digs....

While I respect the work of LEOs The mission of the BATF is evil and works against liberty.

You can not enforce bad laws and escape being colored by your actions.

Just following orders is not an excuse.

The BATF should not have been re-organized. it should have been purged.

Justin is not an idiot controller. His job is to carry the shoe horn around so that he can help those in need remove their foot from their mouth. It happens a lot around here.:D

Yes, tongue firmly in cheek.
In the picture, you will find: 1 bottle Mike's Hard Lemonade (Alcohol), 1 box Macanudos (tobacco), 1 Sig Sauer P226 (firearm), one guided missile case (explosive).

Sorry for any ambiguity, I know the macanudos didn't show up too well.

Some questions

Did you take that picture?
What sort of guided missile goes in the case?
What does that lemonade taste like?

Yes, I took the picture. The case has a stencil on the other side that says "Anti tank guided missile"
Next line reads as "ENTAC" "130 - - 58"

From other markings it's French, and dates from the sixties.
For full disclosure, it isn't mine, and the de-milled missile that was inside has since gone to someone else. I just thought the case would make a good representative for 'explosives'.

The lemonade tastes like good lemonade - sour but not bitter. I've only been able to find it in RI and southern Massachusetts.

Regards

Edit - while alcohol and firearms are two things which responsible adults may enjoy, the two should never mix.
