Anyone know if there is a 26" barrel version of this?

Everywhere I look I can only find 24".

Not sure if this is the right area to ask this question.

According to Savage's website, it only comes in 24". (actually, other than the carbine, looks like all of Savage's LE rifles are 24")

I know some of their law enforcement rifles have in fact had 26" barrels on them. (Such as the 110FP LE2.) Which is why I think there's a possibility a 26" of the 110FCP exists.

There is not presently a SKU for one.

The LE2 was also not available always. Since the LE lineup is just getting refreshed for the detachable magazines and some accu-stock skus, I'd guess it may be a little while if you ever see one.

26" is just a preference.

Think I should wait? Hope for a 26" to become available eventually?

Also, just wanted to say thanks so much for everyone's time helping me out.

I would not restrict myself to 26" barrel length. I am currently planning out a 308. Precision rifle myself. The 26" might actually have a negative affect on bullet performance. From the reading I have done it seems 20" will still give you the full benefit of the 308. I am actually looking at the Savage M10 Precision Carbine.

There WAS a version of the 110 Savages available but it's been several years since I saw them. If Savage has discontinued the option I'd look somewhere else if I for some reason HAD to have a 26" barrel. Like maybe a Sharps replica? :) Wait, isn't there a Marlin 45-70 with 26" barrel? A levergun?
