I am interested in price information on this gun. The one I'm looking at has less than 10 rounds through it. The guy needs to sell it and I need to know what it is worth. He says $1,300.

What is the market like for these Stikers?

Do they sell? Are they in demand?

What do you guys say?

Sorry I can't help you with the price, but I am willing to bet the reason there were fewer than 10 rounds fired in the gun is RECOIL. The 270 WSM has a good wallop to it in a rifle, so I'm sure recoil is not lighter in a shorter-barreled pistol.

$1300 does seem high as the scope and bipod should be around $375-$425. So he wants about $900 for the pistol? I know I would pass this up.

One with a leupold red dot in 308 is on guns america RIGHT now for under 6 bills. That price the fella is askin seems Very High. like maybe $$550 too much

Thanks guys. Kept me from making a big mistake. I offered him $800 and he is thinking about it. The Striker has a adjustable muzzle break that supposidly tames the barrel rise & recoil, but it still packs a punch I'm sure.

I really appreciate the responses.

Well, the guy wants to trade it for leasing my land to hunt. I'm just looking at value. I think I'm gonna ask him for $300 cash + the gun & ammo. I doubt if I'll ever shoot it. Maybe New Years Eve.

The Striker should be a very accurate pistol, and with the muzzle brake, recoil might not be as bad as it could be. If you make the trade, load it up and fire away. You might have a new hunting gun.

I think I paid $550 for my Striker 516 in 308, put a Leupold 2.5-8x on it for less than a thousand total. I wonder if the whiz bang caliber has something to do with the price. I think it is too much at $1300, but around $850- $900 would seem about right since technically it is a used pistol now...
