Scored some local powder and primers

Cabelas started their Fathers Day specials today. Saw the powder is 10% off and primers 15% off all in-stock. I have been wanting to try some new pistol powder so I went to check it out.

Went home with 4 pounds of powder and 3000 primers.
1lb Titegroup $18.89
1lb Autocomp $21.99
1lb HP 38 $21.59
1lb Accurate #5 $21.59

The primers were $28.04/1000 CCI SPP

Got to the register and the friendly cashier says "look I have one of those $20 off $120 coupons extra" so she rang that up too.
Gawd I wanted to marry her right then and there.

$159.84 with tax out the door for a variety of new to me pistol powders Ive been wanting to check out plus 3000 primers. Not so bad Id say.

Oh and go check out your local Cabelas. They also had Win 231, CFE Pistol, all three color DOTs, Silhouette, and a plethora of rifle powders. No Varget, No Xterminator, No Power Pistol, No Bullseye or Unique either.

Much better prices than when I was at Cabela's on Monday. Plenty if primers available, especially Winchester and CCI but the average price was $35/K.

Guess I'm going to cabelas this weekend. I've been wondering when they were going to start handing out the coupons. That's damn near how I bought all my reloading gear. 100$ at a time. Lol
