Welp! I did it. Got rid of the nasty thing. Post on what I exchanged it for.
Ding, dong, the Seacamp's gone, the nasty Seacamp is gone!
They gave me $250 on trade which I was happy to take and move on.

It's a shame to lose some money, but in the end at least you have your peace of mind back, and another gun you'll like better!
I'm sure many on here have done that a time or two, at least I know I have when I was younger and a bit more adventurous!

The Tomcat was only $448 which is not bad considering MSRP is $529 and Buds Gun Shop has it for $500.
