    The tools available:

Vietnam spec M-16A1 loaded with milsurp 55gr 5.56mm FMJ ammo.

    The task required:

Body Shot on a human shaped target at 330 yards. The target is moving across your field of vision at 4 miles/hr and windspeed is 5 miles/hour blowing from the same direction that the target is moving.

Any marksmanship tips on how to score a torso hit?

I'm asking because my army M-16A1 qualification is coming up and this phase of the shooting test is the most difficult to ace for me.

with a 100 yard zero you are 15.2 inches low. 5.1 inches for the wind and 26.8 inches for the moving target.you will need to add the wind and target speed togather.i don't see how you can know the wind speed the way it changes.i ran it on exbal ballistic program.it may be off a little .i ran it for a 223 at 3020 with a 55 grain boat tail with a b.c of .339 ,thanks, keith
