Well Guys. It is fixed!!! I could remove the bolt with an allen wrench. The "arm" arm holding the bolt was bent from my wife's forceful closure with a misaligned bolt. Couldn't really straighten the arm but got the bolt on track and it works.

A1Abdj is an expert, I think he even sells safes. I actually argued the whole RSC vs. Safe issue with him once upon a time under a different name and he educated me very well! As did CB900F. They can give you just about ANY advice you would ever need regarding lock up.
