    Looks like an EAA Witness, or a CZ-75 or variant.

    LOL my exact first two guesses. However looks like Lion nailed it, no mistaking that sig trigger guard.

    That was my first thought based on the look of the take down lever.

    It is a Sig X-Five Competition based on the grips and the trigger...as opposed to the L-1
    It can't be a 1911 based on the take down lever and slide stop
    It isn't an Elite based on the magwell and thumb safety
    It isn't a CZ or EAA clone because the slide is riding on the outside of the frame

    The confiscated and headed for the chopping block type. Why do a** hole criminals always cost the world nice firearms? I'd gladly have traded him a fine fine Kel Tec for that.

    Huh, I thought it was a Beretta for sure, I definitely don't see 1911 or Sig, but I'm not too familiar with many of the CZ's and EAA Witness's.
