I just assumed that if I sold a shotgun, I'd have to ship it to an FFL. But then I wondered if the rules for long guns are different from handguns. Are they? Thanks.
Declare it as a firearm, or it's a crime. Send it to an FFL if out of state (in-state, I dunno). You can send it USPS or private courier if you wish. Make sure you insure it.
