Shooters World Match Rifle in Garand

Anyone had any chance to try this powder for the M1? They do have load info for it, but was wondering if there had been any experience with it or am I going to be the guinea pig in a few months when I order from Powder Valley?

Shooters World states their Match Rifle powder has a similar burn rate as AA2520 which is the ball powder equivalent of AA2495 which was formulated to match the pressure curve of IMR4895. It should be very well suited and safe for loading ammo for the M1 Garand.

If I were working up a load for the M1 I would start with the min charge and work up until I produce the correct velocity to match the original ammo. Of course along the way look for accuracy before you call it good.

Good luck but at least you know the powder is in the right range not to bend your op-rod.
