Hi all. I've been going to a shooting range in Petaluma for a few months, to practice shooting my shotgun.
It's something, but we are only allowed to shoot static wooden pallet target from one preset distance.
I want to find somewhere between Marin, Petaluma, Rohnert Park areas, where I can shoot my shotgun at varied kinds of targets ( not just paper, but also melons, cans, etc. ) from various distances and while moving or target moves. To develop more practical, well rounded skill.
If anyone knows of any such places to share in this area, I'd appreciate it.
Even if an informal range space I can create on private land. Open to pay $10 per visit.
I tried posting looking for such in craigslist, but it was flagged and removed quickly, apparently cl folks dont like guns.
