Shot 10 whole dollars worth of slugs today!

The Ithaca 37 Ultralight is a variation of the Ithaca 37 shotgun that has an aluminum receiver.

Model 37 UltraLight—1978 to 1987

UltraLight had aluminum alloy frame and trigger plate. Barrels marked Ultra Featherlight.
Serial number prefaced with the mark "ULT". Both 12- and 20-gauge were offered, plus a few
in 16 gauge.

I stand corrected. I have never seen one of these. Do they have a straight English stock?

I enjoy shooting the 12 Shockwave, it spends a lot of the time in my truck, and beside the bed.

That was an option, as was a regular stock. The Ultalights were fairly rare and sought after today.

How much did they weigh?

They barely deserve their name anymore. Every year they have less and less farm and fleet and more and more Columbia sweaters and small appliances. They have expanded their sporting goods quite a bit fortunately.
The only Fleet Farm owned by the Mills family as far as I'm aware is the one up in Baxter/Brainerd, MN. But that seems to no longer be the case.

The Lakeville one was also one I had frequent growing up a few miles down the road. I remember before they had the silo, let alone the fenced off area out back. I slowly stopped doing business when they no longer sold Huldra ARs. Though their ammo prices were at least better than Gander Mountain across I-35 and Cabelas, but it's pretty much all the same now.

It's been a hot minute since I've seen ammo that cheap and/or on sale for that cheap.

I live just outside of Brainerd. The whole business was sold off to a private equity firm like 10 years ago.

I thought so. The rumor we heard was that store up there was going to stay within the family. Guess that isn't the case. Granted I was just up there for the Ice fishing contest on Gull Lake last month.

$10 hmmmm?
3-shots of Remington 20ga Aero-Tips from my Savage M220 ….
My home-made slugs cost about 35 Cents…. Mostly primer, powder, and wads…
