Slip 2000 had a booth demoing their synthetic gun lubricant. It's evidently very good stuff, not temperature sensitive, and makes it much easier to clean your gun. I've got a small tube of it, and will test it out.

But the real celebrity in this booth is Filthy 14:

Pat Rogers has put well over 50,000 rounds through this gun with not a single jam. AR haters need not apply.

Wait, Justin cleans his rifle? Since when?

A fancy new gun lube... I wanna try it. You know how I like to run my rifles dry...

I've been running SLIP 2000 (the older stuff not EWL) since 2004. I use it a little more generously than CLP; but good stuff. Easy clean up and no petroleum distillates.

Ditto above. I've switched over to SLIP 765 water based cleaner/degreaser for all my gun cleaning needs. It's non-toxic, and it works.
