    Wow.

I ordered my gun through the local range, so even though I am undergoing my lovely CA 10 day wait, I am still allowed to 'visit' her and shoot at the range so long as I do not take possesion. (ie, abscond with it, tempting!)

It's a tactical tack-driver. I have no doubt at all it would put them all through one ragged hole had I the capability to point it there.

It shot like a .22 target pisotol, hits like a .357 (with +p+ loads velocity is ~20fps off.) and is smaller than a 1911, and the same weight as a G17. (and shares mags with the same.) What more do you want?

I almost felt bad about puting it back in it's box after 100rounds withought cleaning. Untill I heard it just laughing at me, calling me a pansy, saying it liked it and such...

This is my first pistol in my name, and I'm very happy with my choice. I will visit her again tommorow!

Yeah,I have the G17...it's little brother....great guns......reliable bullett launchers...I almost went with the 34 for IDPA,but chose the 17 just in case I wanted to carry.......invest in some hi-caps too.....some have said they can be found on line for $50......in shops around here they're more like$100........but 17 rds is a lot of firepower.....I use Cor-bon 125gr +P+ for defensive load......reliable and something like 450 ftlbs of energy:what:
    good shooting:cool:

Been happy with mine..pretty much set up as a range gun..vanek trigger, dawson sights.

been really reliable , no problems at all..
found that the 1st generation NDF hicap mags..actually do drop from mine..so you can find some deals on those sometimes..I bought all of mine for less that 40 bucks.

    have fun..

Unfortunately, purchase of (even used) standard-cap mags is vorbotten in the PRK.

However, it was wise of me to realise I'd want a G17 oneday, and years ago I bought 5 standard caps!

I haven't run them through yet, probally going to wait untill I take possesion of the gun.
