I have an Arthur Howell &Co 20 gauge shotgun, serial number 7331 and I am curious to its worth. My father left me this shotgun

I wish I could help, but I know little about the name.

Arthur Howell & Co. was a small English gunmaker that made best quality guns in very small numbers. Not enough of them come up for sale to make a good guess on value.

And an awful lot would also depend on grade, engraving, single or double triggers, extractors or ejectors, barrel length & chokes, condition, and other factors you did not indicate.

Here is one 12ga that sold for a lot of money, but that's all I know about your guns value from the details you provided.
