Should you ever admit you are carrying?

JMHO, but it's always good to put your hands on the top of the steering wheel when you are pulled over by a cop. That is what I do. I always put my hands on top of the steering wheel, in clear view, after I pull the car over. So basically, I pull over, I put the car in park, I roll both windows down (because officers often go to the passenger side window--this makes sense to me because they are out of danger of traffic AND they can better see the driver and the drivers lap, features, etc.). If I have time I may turn the car off too, but again, I try not to make any movements that may concern the cop(s). I then follow every instruction they say.

I have never had a problem, ever. One time I even accidentally handed the officer my CCP instead of my driver's license. They are both in the same area of my wallet and it was completely unintentional on my part. He looked at it, and just handed back to me and said, "I need your driver's license please."
