2019-04-17_13-05-43_548.jpg The only picture I have of my 638 is with my other J frames. A model 60 pro. Model 442 and model 638. The 638 has been my edc the past 3 or 4 years

Old Colt Agent. I have shrouded versions of almost all Colt snubbed in Agent. Cobra and Detective Special plus S&W Model 38.

After I bought the Professional, I was wondering what Charter I should look at next and it was the .44 with the shrouded hammer that caught my attention. I'm not really into .44 tho.

I wish Charter would change the hammer on the .38 On Duty to that of the .44. Way more snag potential with the .38 compared to the .44

I like the Bulldog. If I am going to have a snub revolver in my coat pocket, it might as well hold big fat bullets. :)

There is my S&W 642. It's not shrouded, but it's the only hammerless revolver I have just now.

I have two, one an enclosed M-642 and one a shrouded M-49:

Somewhere I have one of those old Bianchi round-butt grips with the "humpback" that sorta turns a 2 1/2" or 3" K-frame Smith into a gun with a shrouded hammer for IWB carry...if I can find them I'l post a pic for those who haven't seen those older grips.

Stay safe.

I have the same ones, they are Pachmayr Diamond Pro. Inexpensive, large, very tacky surface, absorb recoil very well.
