Show off your leverguns.

At one point I had all of these at the same time. I've probably had that many again that I never took a photo of. I have no interest in the pistol gripped guns. The straight grip Marlins aren't as common but are my favorites.

I gave some of them to my kids/grandkids and sold a few more when lever gun prices went crazy. They only made 500 of the rifle on the left. It's in a Guide Gun configuration but in 35 Rem. They only made about 2500 of the 16" trapper version 30-30 next to last on the right. It's similar to the old Mauraders from the 50's and 60's but they were made 1988-89.

I still have these 2. Both were made in 1958, the year of my birth.

Here in the middle mid west I've seen very new looking Canadian commemorative 94's long barrel 30 30's.
Wouldn't that be a way to use an almost new 94.
Watched two sit in racks with a stupid high price on them for years . They disappeared finally.
I mean who in Kansas and Missouri cares about a gun with a Canada maple leaf. Should be less expensive.
Some day !
I have a friend with one. He's not really a gun person. It's a nice rifle.

A #13 build which is a #3 converted with #1, stuff fitted to it. Started life as a #3 in 22 Hornet, the barrel was screwed up so bought it for the action and is now a 7mm Rem Mag, a plus is it shoots sub 1/2" groups.

Nice. The Martini looks like it has a long trigger reach and a long length of pull. Is this just an optical illusion?

@pintail said “ I have one to fit a Rossi 92, but that involves drilling and tapping the receiver…”

If it’s a round barrel Rossi, other than .454, it should have been drilled and tapped at the factory, holes under the rear sight.

Beautiful '94.
Did you make or buy the cuff and sling?
Very nice...
....and where are you finding those rock fences?

Thank you!
Yes I made the Butt Cuff.
Ive made a few over the last couple years….
The rock walls are all through the public land I hunt near me.
They make nice funnels!
Here are some pictures of others I’ve IMG_1650.jpeg IMG_1658.jpeg IMG_2814.jpeg IMG_2815.jpeg IMG_2816.jpeg IMG_3089.jpeg IMG_3092.jpeg IMG_4043.jpeg IMG_4044.jpeg

That means sticking the scope ahead of the receiver so none of my current optics will fit.
The weaver mount adaptor attaches to the left side of the receiver and I get a choice of several optics.
Besides that, most of the small firms in the USA decline to export to the UK because of the licence requirements, I don't blame them but Weaver will so I support them.

So not sure if you'd count this as a true lever, but I recently picked up a C. Sharps Low Wall in 30-30 with a Malcomn scope. A nice accurate rifle. Love the octagon barrel on these things.

Wow, I'm lusting! I've been a 30-30 nut all my life, and have long wondered why I never tried to find one in a bolt action? But this is IMO, a rifle that takes the 30-30 into another league! All the Possibilities!
And it's the original levergun, just not a repeater.

Inherited this one from an uncle; a Marlin 30AS, which is an economy model 336 that was sold at discount stores like Wal-Mart. A plain Jane 336 with no front sight hood, no checkering, no sling studs, ( I added them myself), and I'm pretty sure the stock is birch with a walnut stain. But it's still basically a Marlin 336 and I really like it. Currently set up with a Vortex Strike Eagle with illuminated reticle ever since they extended hunting hours to 30 minutes before & after dawn & sunset. It's a .30-30 of course and also a one load gun. Found a real good load using a 170 gr. Hornady Flat Point & leverevolution powder and standardized on that one load. It's a woods gun so I'm not worried about using the higher ballistic coefficient pointed FTX bullets. Where this gun goes I never shoot beyond 100 yards anyway, and those 170 gr. flat points are more accurate in this gun at 100 yards than the FTX's. Those illuminated reticle scopes also come in real handy at first & last light. IMG_2914.JPG .. IMG_3818.JPG .. IMG_3820.JPG ..
