    Sounds like a re-release or clone of Gamma World to me.

    Looks neat.

    "Fallout" and it's sequel are great post-apocalypse RPGs for the PC, if you like that format.

    "Gamma World" was cool. Kind of a light-weight game, but a lot of fun. Lots of fun guns and mutations.

    "Traveller" has some great SHTF potential, if you play it that way. Better weapon selection.

    Wow! Flashback. Traveller. Black pamphlet-like books. And Gamma World, yeah I recall lots of neat mutations.

    It would be nice if this thread were gun related at all. And that is coming from a former RPGer. Yep, there is a game. It is post apoclyptic. Groovy. This is a Gun board though, not a gamer board.
