Recently paid off one of these I had on layaway and took delivery. Haven't shot it yet but it seems really nice and rather beastly on examination. Anybody shot one of these and have any opinions? And any input on durability or any spare parts to obtain (other than the standard springs)? Thanks.cwd

I have the blued version and it is a beast. I recommend looking closely at the adjustable rear sight, mine was loose side to side, upon closer inspection I found that the set screw under the sight leaf was not secured all the way. I had to take it apart, apply lock-tite and tighten it down.
Aside from that, because of it's weight it's recoil is pleasant, like a big 9mm and very accurate as well. For holsters I went with Diamond D
https://www.diamonddcustomleather.com/products/guides-choice-chest-holster it is of good quality and wears better than it would with a belt holster.

Very nice. And thanks for the advice. I know it's not a handmade custom, but for me its just oozes (in a good way) quality, like it was put together back in the 50s by one of the regarded firearms manufacturers. As for the carry system, I was thinking along those lines-I'm afraid a belt rig would just pull down my trousers.

I have the exact model that Amprecon has. I did not have a problem with my rear sight.

It is very accurate, and pleasant to shoot. I have a leather Galco OWB holster
(I don't remember the model).

It has digested any and all 10mm I have loaded in the mag, including Buffalo Bore
(no hot underwood yet).

You have an excellent pistol there, enjoy.

Going to pick up a box or two of 180 grain and shoot a few rounds this weekend while I have some range time with my Glock 19 and SW 640 Custom Shop.
