Sig Part????

Asking for help on identifying this spring. This is out of a Sig 220ST. Somehow it has been distorted and isn't on any of the Sig schematics. Can any of you out there identify this and suggest where I might be able to pick one up? I would appreciate it.

Your 220 has the mag disconnect. So the spring may be related with it. I have not worked on any Sig with that system. And probably never will because I don't like mag disc, even though Sig's design does not impact the trigger.

There was a post about the mag disconnect on the Sigforum a while back.

I though the other part in photo #2 looked like the slide stop with the slide release thumb piece broken off?

Yeah, Sig said the it's the spring for the mag safety system. Basically, the hammer won't fall if there isn't a mag in. I'm waiting to hear from sig what the spring is. Kind I odd, my other sigs don't have this set up. Thanks for the replies. Now I just need to find this spring somewhere, or disable it.

Why didn't you just get one from SIG while you were talking to them??

RCmodel, they had to look into the part and couldn't give me a part number or price. The guy was supposed to get back with but didn't. I modified another spring this morning and fixed it. Thanks.
