So I just became the proud owner of a Sig 551; however, I'm not a big fan of quad rails (call me traditional... go on, make my day ;)). The rail it came with is a Sig Sauer 556 quad rail. What does one of those rail systems go for?

Not sure. But, one thing I do know, is that if I got any greener than I am right now, I'd be the Hulk.

Well, since you're using the top & bottom rails, just get some Magpul rail covers for the sides...;)

Considering its a stock part, i doubt you are going to easily determine a value. You might be able to watch gunbroker a bit and come up with a reasonable price.

omg i want one, but without the rail. Like you, i like the traditional look as well. You could probably sell that rail, get a traditional one and come out with some extra cash.

how does the gun run? I just started doing research on them on monday. Might make one a christmas present.
