Silencer shop Noob questions

Hey all, thanks for anyone exp'd checking...

I setup a family trust with my wife and I, we have both setup silencer shop app profiles, and both have done fingerprints and pictures at kiosk. I have also setup my ATF profile.

Here I am waiting. I was 99.9% sure the guy from silencer shop I was emailing with said in 1-2 days I would receive a docusign to finalize the trust. Then as soon as that happens I can file my ATF eform 4 and its the long wait. But its been about 8 days.

Is this normal time frame for the trust docuding? Do I have my process correct? Trust, tax stamp, suppressor all paid for...

Edit: I should add under my silencer shop app is has my wifes name in red with an asterisk saying missing info. Yet under her silencer shop profile is says all info completed.

You should check your spam folder. I got my documents in two days to sign. Did you go to your dashboard to check the status of the documents?

This again, too! I did that with a set once during a very busy week. It never clicked to me to look there from spinning my wheels. They were sitting in my spam folder for three days. I was worried I wouldn’t get them there in time, but for naught. It all went well.

I have emailed silencer shop 3 times over 11 days now no response, as mentioned that was my first course of action. My main question was do I have my process correct that I need the docusign to complete my trust BEFORE I file my ATF eform. Which is eform 4 correct? For suppressor.

did a chat with silencer shop on thier website chat feature. It seems my kiosk email was missing one letter on email so he fixed that. And my next step is to print papers take to notary scan and return. Then docusign Then they ship can to my dealer and we do the ATF eform4 before the wait...

IDK why the guy I was emailing would not tell me this! I'm sure its obvious to someone who has done it, you may say why not read the 'how to buy' on their website. I mean I had a direct Silencer shop employee I was working with who said next step is to wait.

Anyways, I nailed out all the steps with the guy on chat today!

The dashboard is on the website not the app. You can get to it by going into "my account" and selecting dashboard in the drop down menu.
