Sizing primed cases

    Can a primed case be safely sized if the de-priming punch is removed from the sizing die?

    Depends on the cartridge & type of die.

    Depends on the die. If you are talking full sizing bottle neck rifle cases I would say probably not. You need the expander ball to be ran back through it

    The case I have in mind is a .38 cal special.

    Take put just the depriming pin.
