There is a guy in PA with a C&R that sold me a yugo for $150 and actually sold 2 for that price. He said he bought them 10-15 years ago and that he didn't need them and that he didn't need to make a killing on them because he bought them for $100.

He was also selling some norinco's for about $300.So if you ask around you may just find a deal like I did.

I was in the local pawn/gun shop this morning and they had 4 new Yugo sks for $269, owner told me if I wanted one he would knock more off since I buy quite a few guns from him. Already had a yugo and passed on it.

Norinco's are going to $250 in my area.

In my area, the Chinese SKS goes for 300-350 depending on condition.

I have never seen a good deal on Gun Broker.

I have, although I won't say it's common. Besides, sometimes it's the easiest way to find the gun you want without having to wait forever. Some of us who work every weekend for the rest of our lives can't take time off to go to gun shows. :(

I just paid way too much for a Yugo M59/66 SKS that I should have bought when they were $125-150/ea instead of waiting until now. Oh well.

There are some real deals on gunbroker if you are patient and willing to do your homework. I picked up a "paratrooper" SKS (virgin) for $310 last month, before the panic hit. You can still pick up decent SKS's for a good price there, better than what you will find at a gun show. It gives those of us without large gun shops the ability to find weapons for a reasonable price. My last three guns have been bought on gunbroker or auction arms, all used but all under dealer prices.

saw them at a gunshow today for 395. you used to be able, about 3 years ago, buy an unboxed crate of them , for that amount.
