I have owned most of the pistols mentioned in this thread.
The only two that I still own are the Kahr PM9 and the LCP... because they are the ones that work. I don't really trust the .380 cartridge, so the LCP is a safe queen.
I would take a look at the CM9, as it is similar to the PM9, but less pricey.
