I wish they'd make a version of the 329PD (the Scandium .44 magnum) with a 2" bolt on compensator unit. You could take the unit off for concealment or competition and put it on if you could handle a longer barrel for hiking. (Having it come with some decent recoil absorbing grips would be nice, too.) They make something similiar for the 625.

Blue, N frame, fixed sight, round butt, 4" heavy barrel, 45 convertable Colt/ACP, Would be a Mod 22 me thinks. I want it to look like a 58 converted to 45. With the long cylinder for 45 Colt and the 45 ACP cylinder cut for moonclips. In 45 Colt this would be a great gun for Woods and H/SD, having it in 45 ACP would make it great for Gaming and Carry.

They are coming out with a fixed sight 44 spl model 21. Forgot if its square or round butt, but, they're thinking in the right direction. I wish they'd bring back the old N frames in the original configurations.

I wish Smith & Wesson would rescind the deal it made with the Snopes Clinton-Liar Gore régime.

Standing Wolf if you want to get political then don't buy Taurus either because I NEVER will!!!!!! They sold out the state of NJ.

As for S&W that was a different owner (British owned) the deal has died under the new owners who are American.

    1) a 2.5 inch M366 in .357mag (a scandium/titanium Kframe CCW gun) ... with a likely weight of about 15 ounces, this is my ultimate DREAM carry gun, so light yet so powerful and useful, I'd definitely have to buy two :D

    2) a 4 inch M663(?) "22/32 Airweight Kit Gun" in .22LR with target sights (an alloy framed, stainless barreled and stainless cylindered .22LR "kit gun") ... this is my DREAM woods/trail holster gun

    3) a 4 inch M3500 in .500 S&W ..... 35 ounce scandium/titanium elephant pistol - just because were dreamin'

    What ACP230 Said

More 41 mags. They don't need to do any new design work. No more tooling work. Just produce what they produced before.

Guns just don't get much better than Mod 57.

    Be Safe!

5-shot 3-inch RB fixed sight SS K-frame .44Spl. or .45ACP. Bring back the standard K-22 Masterpiece, without the underlug. 6 shot, of course. A re-issued 547 that used clips instead of that star-spring extractor. A 942, a 938, and a 949 that will extract empties easily. A 686 without the full underlog. An L-frame 6-shot .44Spl or .45ACP.

    That'd do for starters.

Bring back the model 12 (3" RB in the first run), and a blue steel/alloy frame .357 K-frame (model 9?), the 696, the model 14 and 16, 5†and 3†barrels across the board, forged steel triggers and hammers with firing pins on them and tapered lightweight barrels as an option. And for God’s sake lose the Billery Hole.

But first maybe bring back some build quality?

    Airlite Centenial in 9mm.

    Airlite snubbie with 7-shot 9x23mm.

Like Brian Williams said, I'd like a 45lc/45acp convertible N-frame. If that's not possible give me a 45WinMag N-frame as this will also allow me to use the 45acp.

    Get them California approved.

I'd like to have a 329PD except chambered in 45 Colt (not 45 ACP).
