I recently acquired a S&W Model 66 no dash as well. It's not in nearly as good a condition as yours, but it does have the plain front ramp and the stainless rear sight. No box or anything. They are indeed nice guns. If you are wondering why I photographed mine with pearls, go here.

Looks a lot like my dad's NIB 66 he bought over 35 years ago.

Love that 66 with the recessed cylinders. That's the first gun that I ever pulled on a Felon. Yes, he did the piano dance with his fingers, as if that would stop the bullet. TOGGLELOCK

1)Your M66(no dash)revolver is very nice also! I think your M66 enhanced the pearls in the picture, rather than vice-versa!

2)Yes, the early(No dash#)M66's are neat with the all stainless sights. I have managed to collect two of those, also. My third M66(no dash)pictured above, was shjpped later than the first two(In 1974)and therefore, was produced with the black rear sight and the red front sight insert.
