Is'nt it time to dust off that letters of marque and reprisal to deal with these bloodthirsty thugs?

That whole situation makes me angry just thinking about it, yes it is time we change our "rules of engagement" in that arena,, BUT why would you even sail through that area knowing that they are out there actively looking for victims ??
