    Hmm, read a story in a UK paper about a burglar that died the same way, they tried the homeowner since the garden below the window was a hazard of some sort :uhoh:

    Pretty silly actually.

    How much you wanna bet that the burglar's family sues the homeowner over this matter?

    Sometimes there *are* severe penalties for being an illegal immigrant.;)
    Err...undocumented occupant...hell, legalize burglary and the problem will dissapear.

    Where does it say he wasn't an American??? Is there another article you found? :confused:

    If you are going by the name, tha isn't a good indicator. My Dad's name is VERY hispanic, yet my family has been in the US far longer than a lot of people with more traditional caucasion names...

    Hey. How do you know he had arms? Did you find another article somewhere? My grandfather was an American and he had bigger arms than a lot of caucasians.
