With almost 18,000 votes, there is no way the YES's will win. Too bad we have no influence to the nomination through this poll.

I looked it up-it's obvious she's not a friend to the 2nd.

No one that Obama nominates will be a friend of the 2nd Amendment. At least Sotomayor does not appear to have made a priority out of her opposition to the 2nd Amendment. We could do worse, and probably will, if she is defeated.

I think it is a waste of time to oppose her. Whoever he nominates will be at least as bad, and maybe worse.
