I'd like to say thank you to TexasRifleMan, JShirley, Derek Z, and Justin for coverage of the SHOT Show. I know that most people don't understand what a beating SHOT can be time-wise, physically, and fiscally. It cost these guys hundreds of dollars, dozens of hours, and a great deal of discomfort to bring you these pictures.

Each of these guys spent a ton of time trying to upload these pictures on painfully slow connections, walked 30-40 miles, dragged around camera gear, and was on their feet for over 30 hours.

Seconded - as someone who went to the one in Orlando, it IS huge and VERY tiring - and I wasn't trying to cover it for any purpose except my own knowledge

KUDOS to ALL!

It was tiring, but a lot of fun. I appreciated the chance to go on THR's behalf. :)

Hear Hear!!!

Thanks for all the work you guys put in for us. I appriciate all your efforts, pain and discomfort on our behalf.

I've always wanted to attend, so thank you thank you thank you for taking the time to cover it.

Could you cover more if you used roller blades?

I too appreciate being able to go as a representative of THR. As for covering more honestly the real problem is having to stop a few times a day and hike for miles up to the press room, the only place with Internet access.

Cell and wireless coverage on the show floor was pretty much worthless. I sent a text message to a friend asking where he was and by the time he got the message we had been walking together for half an hour.

It was our pleasure.

This was a big experiment on our part, and one that we hope brought new and exciting content to all of you.

The biggest surprise for me was that practically everyone in the industry that I spoke with was familiar with THR.

I guess I'm surprised, but yet not surprised.

That is good news indeed. So it is possible that the gun industry is listening.

I couldn't agree more! Thanks guys for making our week go by!

I won't mention my productivity levels during the show....I was constantly checking THR!!!

thanks again.

I had thought about putting up a thread like this just to say thanks. I really appreciate the in depth coverage and pictures. Not to mention that you guys actually visited booths and vendors specifically at member's request.

You guys did a fantastic job! Thanks again.

Thanks

I just posted a thanks on another thread, but all of you deserve kudos. Now lets talk about the Blonde narrator in short shorts for next year! :D
