Thats how I made them last year but then I came accross the capsules which I think goes together real good and in less time. They hold more shot also.
 
Use .38 Spl. wad-cutter cases if you have some.

So I was going to PM you and show my ignorance, but instead I looked up some old threads and I think I understand now the difference between standard and wadcutter cases. My only question would be: Any way to easily differentiate between the two in a pile of mixed brass?

Well, all the Win & WW ones I have from back when are nickle plated and thinner down near the flash hole then other cases of the same age.

The HBWC set deeper in a case then a regular bullet, and a tapered web would squeeze the HBWC skirt when seated full depth.

I actually don't know if there is any differance in them today as HBWC is not the big deal it was in 1960's Bullseye shooting competation.
