Screwed up and went to the range a few days ago without checking the wind - it was like shooting in a tornado. I spent way too much time catching and worrying about stuff blowing off the bench, and the wind blew my stapled targets off the boards (good thing I carried some adhesive targets).

I recently purchased some Splatterburst Adhesive targets to try - my last Amazon order I searched to see what the most popular splatter target was, and tossed a pack in my order to give them a try.

If you haven't tried them, you may want to? I had the adhesive backed ones, which peeled off easily both from the OEM backing and from the range boards when thru shooting. They come with a fair number of pasters, are easy to see (lime green bullet holes on black), stayed on the boards after the wind had ripped all my stapled targets and blew them away, and are much cheaper than what our local Walmart has (I had some Champion VisiShot for comparison).

I was so pleased with the Splatterburst 8" targets that I just completed another order for around 8 different styles of their targets.

If you do give them a try, they make both adhesive and non-adhesive targets, so be sure before you order. Also make sure the ones you order have pasters included - some do, some don't.
