I have owned a few 1911s and currently have an RIA and an STI Lawman.
I am thinking about getting a Springer Loaded Champion, a Compact Loaded and a Fullsize Loaded, all in stainless. I would like to hear from some Springer owners to see if they are happy with theirs.
My other option is 3 new STIs.

I have a loaded operator in 4 inch. Great shooter, very accurate, totally reliable. If I could aford it I would buy another.

My first 1911 was a NIB full-size Loaded stainless. Great gun. I also have a lightweight, Loaded Micro-compact that has also been very good to me and has been carried quite a lot. (I've actually listed that one for sale but not due to any quality issues with it.)
Couple of early issues with the full size with hollowpoints but new mag springs corrected that. Both have always been 100% reliable and very accurate with ball ammo.

I have a full size loaded, blued. It has been an accurate and dependable pistol. Zero problems after several thousand rounds.

Quack, which is better out of the box? Have you done anything to your Springer?

well it's not a fair comparison because it's comparing an Edge vs. a Loaded.
both worked well out of the box. my current Government size Loaded is a 9mm. i've changed the trigger group to a C&S Match set, 10-8 trigger, Ahrends grips, Dawson FO sight and a Fusion magwell. I also have an EMP, which is part of the Loaded series. the STI had a better trigger and is more accurate. from the various samples i've played with, STI are fit better than the Springfields.
If MIM is a factor, get the STI.

My Loaded Black Stainless is the one would I would keep if I had to choose between my GCT or 1911DK.
It went back to SA for a trigger job. It is a shooter.
And SA's customer service is 1st class.

My first and only 1911 is an SA loaded 5" in SS. After 350+ rounds I had a couple rounds didn't want to leave a mag. I think I had the mag spring in reversed from prior time cleaning. Other than this error on my part, it has been flawless, accurate, and really crisp to shoot.

I will not part with it.

Had my loaded for about two years. Had some problems during breakin with the gun mainly getting back into battery after a round fired. The gun was accurate, had a nice trigger and good fit so I stayed with it.

Did some minor polishing on the feedramp and barrel lip, added a new trigger kit to 4.5 lbs, so far has been running like a champ. 300 rds 0 malfunctions.

I have a Springfield Loaded and enjoy shooting it. Three friends that I go shooting with have shot mine and now all three now have their own. I recommend it. Hope you get one and, if so, that you enjoy it as much as I do. Probably 1500 rounds and no problems.

I have the full size Loaded parkerized. Great gun. Minor problem which SA took care of graciously and quickly. Runs well and it's a keeper. I have the Champion stainless on order but my Dad has one which I have shot. It's a very nice gun and shoots better than I do. I wouldn't hesitate to get a Springer. Heck, it's worth it to get a Springer just based on their superb customer service but the product will speak for itself.
