I am not thrilled with three-slot holsters, on the belief that trying to make a single holster do the work of two results in doing neither job very well. The holster, when used with the third crossdraw slot, results in the gun being carried vertically. This only works well for crossdraw if you wear the gun pretty far forward, say 10 or 11:00 for a right-hander. Any further back and you will want the gun butt angled toward you. Having said all that, here is a suggestion for the DeSantis Speed Scabbard: http://www.desantisholster.com/stor...CTURER/RUGER/SR9/BELT-HOLSTERS/Speed-Scabbard (I assume the SR40 has the same dimensions as the 9.) Galco also makes one called a COP 3-Slot, but I don't know if it is available for this gun.

Simply Rugged "Cuda" is available as a 3 slot.

It's not a three slot, but you may be able to get the Raven Concealment Phantom to go cross draw since the cant is adjustable. They don't show the SR40 on the site, but they do carry the SR9. You may need to call to see if the SR40 is available. It is a very slim and light holster, just like the SR pistols. Seems like a good match.
