Wolfe, you need a 2 die set from whatever manufacture you want. Then, if you want to charge powder while the case is in your shell holder in your turret press, you will need a rifle charge die. Then you can use a funnel to charge the cases.
FL stands for Full Length die. It differs from a neck sizer die in that it sizes the body, neck, deprimes, and sets the shoulder back enough to allow it to chamber. A neck sizer die ONLY sizes the neck to hold a bullet, leaving the rest of the case alone.
The second die is a combination seater and crimper. You can seat without crimping, or crimp a bullet with a ring on it called a cannelure.
