Shooting steel plates with rifles, how often do you typically turn the plate?

Once a plate gets a slight bow in it, will turning the plate straiten it out?

All my rifle plates swing freely, if that makes a difference.

    Thanks!

It look about 800 rounds to bow my AR500 15"X15" hanging plate. It has about 0.25" of bow to it. Good enough to turn. You will need to repaint it more frequently than what you'll need to rotate it. Yes, it returns the bow back to "normal", but will eventually bow the other way too. It's a small price to pay for so much fun and excitement. Every time I watch my nieces and nephews shooting that thing, their faces just glow with excitement...ear to ear grins. It won't ever get back to "factory-flat".
