Steel Waterfowl Loads

Looking through my reloading supplies, I came across some Win540 and Win571 powder. I am hoping someone has some recipes for loading in 2 3/4 WinHS or CF hulls, and/or Rem Shurshot hulls. I also have some win209 primers. I understand the Win540 is the same as HS6 and Win571 is the same as HS7. I would like to use these powders up before buying more powder. I am not looking for something really hot just 1400 to 1600 fps,+/-.

Lyman 49th Shotshell manual has steel shot loads and some with HS-6 and 7. They most all use Ballistic Products BP steel wads, buffer, cards, or felt spacers. You have to use a wad specially made for steel shot. I'd check out Ballistic Products or call them for recommendations and to buy their steel shot wads. They also sell several different shotshell manuals for special loads such as steel, buckshot, slugs, heavy shot etc.
